Any orders that we receive before 12 noon, we try to ship the same day. Any orders that we receive after 12pm, we will ship by the next business day.

Our primary shipping company UPS. We can ship via trucking companies such as
UCL, AXEX, AMIGO EXPRESS, QEXPRESS
upon customers request.

Our minimum is $100 before shipping cost.

All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

EXCEPTIONS:
Factory defect, or incorrectly shipped goods.

If you wish to return merchandise for the above reason, please send a request to ordercallacollection@gmail.com within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the package according to the tracking number.
